Freedom!!!

What Does It Mean To YOU?

You know, sometimes I will get on my old Shovelhead, ride down the road and crack the wick. I get this over whelming feeling to yell “I AM FREE.” With the wind in your face and the power beneath, it feels like freedom! But the real freedom is given us through the love of God who sent His only Son to die on the cross to deliver us from our sins and from sinning.

What do you mean, God’s Son died for us? When He was 33 years old, they beat Him, whipped Him, spit on Him, cursed Him and nailed Him to the cross. That blood that was shed, cleansed us of our sins, which means that He freed us from everlasting death. That is true freedom.

In 1976, in Morro Bay, California, I found true freedom as Pastor Del lead me to the Lord. It took time for me to turn things in my life over to the Lord, but as I give things up, I received more freedom. It seems that m\no matter how old you are in the Lord, as you seek Him with your whole heart, the more freedom you receive.

If you want to receive this freedom, pray with me: LORD JESUS, THANK YOU FOR DYING ON THE CROSS FOR ME. FORGIVE ME OF MY SINS; CLEANSE ME WITH YOUR BLOOD; BE MY LORD AND SAVIOR. THANK YOU, JESUS. AMEN
